Name¶
Enter the official name of your business. This is often the first thing visitors see, so be clear and concise. Recommendation: If your business has an international target audience, also include names in other relevant languages.
Headline¶
This can be seen as your “tagline” or slogan. Try to write in a way that is both informative and memorable. Example: “Exclusive accommodation with sea views” or “Family-friendly hostel in the city center.”
Description¶
Here you can write a longer presentation of your business. Describe the atmosphere, unique features, and give guests a sense of what to expect. Recommendation: Use descriptive language but avoid exaggeration. Strive for an honest and inviting tone.
Factual text¶
Present practical information that may be crucial to guests' choices: - Number of rooms - Types of rooms (single rooms, double rooms, suites, etc.)
Number of stars¶
This helps guests get a quick idea of the standard of accommodation. - Rating: Please select the number of stars that corresponds to your official classification. - Certified by: Indicate the organization that issued the classification for added credibility.
Website¶
Preferably the official website or booking page of the business. Check that the link is correct and sends the visitor directly to the right page.
Region¶
This helps visitors find accommodation in their desired area. Be sure to select the correct region.
Phone¶
Enter your phone number. Feel free to include opening hours for phone bookings, if available.
Address¶
Enter the exact address. If the address is difficult to find, feel free to add directions.
Location¶
Exact coordinates help visitors find you, especially if you are located outside a densely populated area.
Main image¶
Choose an image that represents your business and gives an appealing first impression. Example: A picture of your most exclusive suite or an attractive exterior image.
Images¶
Upload a variety of images that illustrate rooms, facilities, views, food offerings, etc. Quality should be prioritized over quantity.
Price indication¶
Be clear about your pricing. It is good for guests to be prepared for the price level.
Average rating¶
Update this information regularly to provide an accurate picture. Recommendation: If your average rating is lower than desired, work actively to improve your service and encourage satisfied guests to leave reviews.
Certification¶
Certifications can be very important to some guests. Include environmental certifications, accessibility labels, etc.
Member of organization/part of organization¶
Indicate if you are a member of any industry organization or part of a larger business.
Events¶
If there are special events linked to the destination, link to them here.
